Sinaistar is a 40-metre Red Sea liveaboard built in 2023 and refitted in 2026, with 13 air-conditioned cabins for up to 26 guests. Seven twin cabins are on the lower deck; the upper deck has two more twins, two cabins that switch between twin and double, and two doubles. Every cabin is en-suite with storage space. Inside there are air-conditioned salons; outside, an open-air lounge bar and a big sun deck. The food is a mix of local and international dishes, with soft drinks and snacks included. The diving is well organised. You get a large dive deck, dedicated camera tables with separate rinse tanks, air and nitrox filling stations, and two custom speedboats with ladders for quick drops onto the reef. Nitrox at 28–32% in 12-litre tanks is free for certified divers, and a normal day has three or four dives. The boat supports sidemount and welcomes Open Water divers, with courses on request. The northern Red Sea is perfect for a first or second liveaboard. Ras Mohammed, the Straits of Tiran and the wrecks of the Thistlegorm and Abu Nuhas are some of the best-known dives in the world. With more experience, usually Advanced Open Water and around 50 logged dives, the offshore reefs of the Brothers add sharks and big walls to the mix. Sinaistar suits newer divers, groups of friends and underwater photographers.
