What happens to your money
French law requires a travel agency to register with Atout France, hold a financial guarantee and carry professional liability insurance. We have all three.
Atout France
The national tourism agency keeps the register of French travel agencies. Our number is IM025230002, registered since 2023 and renewed on 4 August 2026.
APST
APST is the guarantee fund for travel professionals. If an agency fails financially, APST protects the money its clients paid. The registry lists APST as our guarantor.
Hiscox
Our professional liability insurance is with Hiscox SA, listed on the same registry entry.
