Queen Sherry offers several genuinely different experiences. Golden Mix suits divers wanting a broad southern route, BDE is the more exposed offshore programme, and the retreat format is designed around Sataya, snorkeling and wellness. Our own trip felt organised and comfortable, but still had the friendly atmosphere of a smaller Red Sea boat.
Early dives, long meals and quiet evenings on deck. It was exactly the break I needed.
I liked that the service felt warm rather than overly formal. The crew remembered names, helped without being asked and joined the conversations naturally.
The team never treated a shark or dolphin sighting as guaranteed. They explained why certain regions were known for particular marine life but always reminded us that conditions and wildlife behaviour controlled the actual experience.
