Fuvahmulah is a single island in the far south of the Maldives, with deep water right off its shore. It’s the one place in the country where you dive with tiger sharks all year, in shallow water close to the harbour. Depending on the season, thresher sharks, oceanic mantas and hammerheads join them. Most divers stay on the island and dive every day.
