Sunken vessel that’s now the resort’s signature dive — bull sharks year-round, with groupers, turtles and schooling snappers around the structure.
Resident sea lion colony — playful year-round encounters plus schools of surgeonfish and seasonal sardine balls.
Dense reef life — big-eye trevally, grouper and grunt schools, with seasonal mobula and manta rays and a chance of whale sharks.
Big-eye trevally schools and large grouper groups over reef, with humpback whales passing seasonally and an occasional bull shark.
The deepest reef dive on this page — groupers, turtles and moray eels, with a possibility of tiger or bull sharks.
Shallow enough for check dives — pompano schools, lobsters and nudibranchs, with white-tip sharks possible.

The resort’s largest unit — a fully oceanfront villa with a private veranda, indoor and outdoor dining, a full kitchen and a rooftop for stargazing. Built for groups or multi-family trips.
El Nido
A two-story “nest” 60 steps from the water with ocean and mountain views, a covered veranda, a 2nd-floor deck and a full kitchen and living room.
Casa del Mar
20 steps to the water, with a covered open-air veranda and rooftop patio, full kitchen and living room. Suits a family with one or two kids.
Deluxe Bungalow
Adjacent to the beach with shared beach access, a shaded furnished patio and full kitchen — built for watching sunrise and sunset from your own sand.
Room & Bath
The smallest and most affordable unit on the property — a compact studio with its own bathroom and a pleasant private patio.

Tito’s
Pizza — good, but the priciest option in the village.
All five serve beer; only a few mix cocktails. The general store stocks basic produce and dairy — stock up in San José del Cabo if you want more variety.

How to reach Cabo Pulmo
Fly into Los Cabos (SJD)
Los Cabos International Airport, served by direct flights from major hubs across the US, Canada and Mexico City.
Drive the East Cape road
~92km from SJD via Mex-1 and the East Cape Road. The final ~10km is unpaved, washboard track — past guests recommend an SUV or 4×4.
Arrive at the resort
Let reception know your arrival time in advance so they can prepare your welcome — phone and internet coverage in Cabo Pulmo itself is limited.
EU/Schengen passport holders typically enter Mexico visa-free for tourist stays — confirm current requirements for your nationality before booking. USD is accepted everywhere in the village; credit cards only at the dive center and for accommodation, so bring small-denomination cash for everything else. There’s no street lighting at night — bring a flashlight. Nearest medical services are in La Rivera, ~20 miles north.
